Remember that rosters for the 2011 State Meet were due with the meet director January 15, 2012
The 2012 State Meet will be held in Buffalo at the ECC Burt Flickinger Center
(downtown) on March 16-18. Qualifying Times will be the same as for the 2010 meet.
Lodging information is available in the section on STATES.
As soon as the Qualifying times for winter & summer Y nationals are set they
will be posted

Directions on how to get an event file (for the HY-TEK program) are available
in the section on DOWNLOADS. Go to the Homepage and click on it.
To conform to the National Guidelines one of our eligibility regulations has
been changed. To be eligible for the state meet a swimmer must have participated
in at least THREE (3) interassociation meets during the current season.
This change has been made to meet the requirements for a National Sanction
This is for Meet Directors who wish to have a national sanction for the meet.
Primarily this for League, Regional and the State Meet. There is a new East

Coaches – meet the certification requirements. Read them carefully and get
them early. Remember YASA the Y Aquatic Safety Assistant alone does not meet the
requirements. YASA replaces Lifeguarding but not CPR or first aid. A USA
swim coaches certification card is acceptable if it contains expiration dates
