Below you will find a list of files you can download to your Team Manager program. The two types of files are meet results of a state meet and an event file. The event file can be imported into your Team Manager Program and will list all the events and information. This will save you typing the info and thus decrease the possibilities of typing errors.
7. Event file for the 2010 State Meet. This File can only be opened with the Team Manager program and is for New York State YMCA's only. In recent years some non YMCA teams and Y teams outside NY have wanted and tried to enter the State Meet. To avoid possible problems the file will not be posted here. Starting January 25 the file can be obtained by emailing the address below and identifying yourself and your YMCA. Emails will be checked everyday and returned with the EVENT FILE in 24 hours.

The event file can only be opened in Team Manager or Meet Manager programs. Word Processor or spread sheet programs will not open it. This is for coaches or team mangers who have the programs.
3. To download a HY-Tek meetmgr backup of the 2007 state meet
CLICK HERE . Unless you have the meet mgr program you can not open this file. You need to have Meet Mgr on your computer to open this. It will automatically open the meet mgr program.
4. To download event file for 2008 state meet CLICK HERE
This file can only be opened with HY-Tek Team Mgr or Meet Mgr programs
5. To download Meet Manager Backup for 2008 state meet CLICK HERE
Unless you have the meet mgr program you can not open this file. You need to have Meet Mgr on your computer to open this. It will automatically open the meet mgr program.
6. To download the event file for the 2009 state meet CLICK HERE
This file can only be opened by the TEAM MANAGER program. It will not open on a word processor program. Depending on the version you have for Adobe Reader the PDF may open
